The company ensures everything in our flat works at its optimum. On the rare occasion that something becomes faulty in our flat they get it repaired or replaced promptly. My Luton Estate Limited is that 'LandLord' who does everything within their competence to ensure the tenancy experience is satisfactory. The entire team at My Luton Estate Limited appears to make their clients a priority: they exhibit an eagerness to assist my wife and I, whenever we raise a concern. Also, whenever my wife and I call during their office hours, our calls are answered quickly. Usually when I call business places to resolve an issue, I am met with lengthy calling queues which culminate with automated systems that lack the competence to remedy my issues. Conversely, when I call My Luton Estate Limited's office I am met with kind and empathetic individuals, who actually help to resolve my issues which is refreshingly convenient. I usually don't leave 5 stars in reviews as there is always room for improvement. However, I am leaving 5 stars because the Director, Mr Richard and his team at My Luton Estate Limited, do their best to ensure their clients recieve quality service and in a less than ideal world, one's best efforts warrants that 'five stars ratings'.
